He is an incredible realtor. From listing our home to the closing, he went above and beyond always communicating and advising us every step of the way. We received a full price offer and when the buyer wanted us to reduce the sale price for repairs after the home inspection, he did an amazing job addressing the concerns, not giving in, and always looking out for our best interest. From here on out, Karl will be the only realtor we use!

If we had any questions, he would get the answers anytime of the day---early morning to the evening. He likes to leave a paper trail and would document everything. I am sure that because of his tenacity, this deal actually closed. Anytime a problem arose, he would take the time to get it straightened out. When we were preparing to list our home we intended to interview 3 Realtors and then make a selection.
